Our Layperson CPR AED with First Aid online certification course is designed specifically for non-healthcare professionals (if you are a healthcare profession please see BLS CPR for Healthcare Provider). The Layperson CPR courses are intended for anyone with little or no medical training who need a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements. These courses can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. This course is also approved for US Coast Guard training.
This course covers Adult, Child, Infant CPR, AED and basic First Aid Training. After successfully completing the online CPR AED First Aid Course, students should be able to:
Due to COVID19 and social distancing guidelines all training has moved to online course(s).
How does it work??? You complete the online part at your own pace, watch the videos, complete the modules with quiz questions, then take final exam. When you pass the final exam you will be issued the American Heart Association eCard within 12 hours of completion via email, American Heart Association BLS CPR eCard good for 2 years.
Once successful completion has been achieved, a CME/CE certificate can be claimed immediately.
Our CPR AED courses are based on the most recent clinical guidelines recommended by the American Heart Association and compliant with the current Joint Commission (JCAHO) standards. Our emergency certification courses are accredited by the ADA, AMA, and ANCC in joint providership with the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine (PIM).
